I only stayed here 2 nights when not feeling well and the staff were super welcoming and caring during my stay! The breakfast included was great and sitting on the balcony on my floor was very nice. They also booked a bus to Ha Giang for me which included a pick up right from the homestay.
My room smelt a little bit like mould and had minimal airflow.

The location was within walking distance to the town and was nearby restaurants.
The hotel offered a nice heated blanket which was nice and cosy.
The shower pressure was nice and warm
Breakfast was very good
We did have a problem with the light switch in the bathroom not working and the staff fixed as soon as possible; thank you.
The rooms are very damp, if you left your clothes out they’d feel wet
I know it’s common in sapa but I think a humidifier may be beneficial for the rooms
$$$$
