It was clean and peaceful. The owner was very knowledgeable about the area and what to do. She helped me arrange a motorbike and even got me a pickup for the bus back to hanoi. Breakfast was nice and the views were great. I was able to see the sea of clouds one morning for sunrise. Booked 3 nights and stayed 5.
It's about a ten minute walk down into the town. For me that was fine but you can easily get a taxi or motorbike if needed.

Ms Son is very accommodating! She’s like your mother away from home! She even reheated my lunch and added extra noodles and eggs and even made coffee for me without extra cost! She also upgraded me to a private room (from dorm) for the same price! The most welcoming host i’ve ever encountered! Thank you Miss Son! I will stay again at your place when i come back to Sapa!💕

Ms Son was an exceptional host, she made sure I had a pleasant stay and that I had everything I needed. She was very welcoming as well. I could use her kitchen, which was a big plus and the reason why I booked this accommodation (she even let me use her eggs). The private room has plenty of space and the mattress has a heating function.

To be honest not much.
While it’s sold as a home stay it’s really just a few rooms in an ok location with styrofoam beds, old grubby rooms, no vibe and not much going for it.
