    Didn't manage to check in early, but this hotel is pretty popular. Always fully booked. I only booked 2 nights and wanted to just extend if I like Sapa but it was fully booked, I have to book different hotel. Guy staff was nice, always need to use translator (phone) to converse but he was friendly, very nice and helpful. Both rooms have fridge and tv that were not working. But overall, it was an amazing stay

    الاستاف غير ودودين بالمره، تعاملهم يفتقر الي الذوق بشكل كبير، و هو ما لم الواجهه ف كل فيتنام سوي ف هذا المكان، الاستاف غير مرحبين ولا اعلم ده العادي بتاعهم ولا دي عنصرية ع المسلمين، محستش بأي ترحاب أو رغبة ف المساعده خصوصا عند السؤال عن مكان للصلاة،، نظرات غير مريحه وكلام مش مفهوم مع بعض... الإمكانيات و ال facilities ضعيفة مقارنة بأي فندق تاني ، الجيد ف الفندق فقط هو الإطلالة فعلا رائعه و الغرفة البانوراما فيو حلوه بجد لكن ما عدا ذلك لم يعجبني شئ..

    I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and easy to get around from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, and the convenient transportation and parking were definite pluses. Overall, a relaxing stay with good facilities and great value for money.

    All staff are not smiling only the 1 guy only! I dont know but they vwry hard to approach! Even at bfast all are not smiling maybe they are not happy what they do
