    We had a wonderful stay at Glow Sapa Hotel and would definitely recommend it. We were kindly upgraded to a Mountain View room free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed – a comfortable bed, a great hot shower, and even a proper work desk. It was a really relaxing place to come back to after exploring Sapa. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Dui was especially friendly and interesting to chat with, and the gentleman who checked us in was also very welcoming and helpful. We also really appreciated the location. It was close enough to everything, but just far enough from the busy streets to be peaceful and quiet. Thank you for a great stay – we would happily come back!
