    If you want a stay in Sapa that is walkable to food places (asian and halal cuisine), main attractions, Sun Plaza and shopping stores, this is the best place! If you book a sleeper bus from Hanoi to here, they can also drop you off that this hotel. Views of the mountains are great and staffs are very helpful and nice!

    The hotel location was nice, walking distance from the centre. There are a lot of restaurants in the same street. The room was clean. There was no room cleaning service daily. They did not restock toilet paper for example

    I booked one night here after taking the bus from Hanoi to Sa Pa. The room was small and not very comfortable, but the balcony view was great. The staff weren't very friendly. I came back from breakfast at 10:40 AM and the receptionist (possibly the owner) told me I needed to check out by 11, even though my Agoda booking said 12 noon. Feeling rushed, I tried to extend one more night on Agoda, but I accidentally selected a lower room type. When I realized and asked to cancel that booking, she said it wasn't possible, so I ended up paying about 60% more to keep my original room for the second night. The whole stay felt stressful rather than relaxing, and I was uncomfortable the entire second day. Nice view, but it felt more like a tourist-money operation than a welcoming guesthouse. It might suit couples or groups better than solo travelers.
