Clean and neat in a great location for the price but NO living room and NO washer dryer as described.

Location was great, everything was incredibly clean and neat.

The listing on here shows a washer dryer and mentions a living room. This does not have either and these were selling points for us.

Very well decorated and all amenities perfect. Location was quiet but still walkable to all sights. Green bus line stop was close by. Kevin and Ana are friendly couple , supportive for any special requests.

Home away from home

The suite was spacious, new and perfectly clean, equipped in a thoughtful way with everything you need even for a longer stay. Kitchen facilities are perfect. Very comfortable, felt like home.

The Cozy Suite is just that - a nice, clean, small and cozy place.

The location of Ambience by the Falls was perfect to walking to all of the craziness Niagara Falls has to offer. Very near the main hub of kitzch! Easy walk down the Parkway to the Falls as well. The Cozy Suite was just that. It had everything we needed as a parent and 1 child group, although everything is compact. The beds were the foam kind which many people love. The kitchen area that joins the 2 bedrooms has all you would need for breakfast/ lunch kind of meals. The hosts were communicative and genuinely welcoming.

There is no place or furniture to gather to sit together as group, except for a small table in the kitchen. With everything going on in Niagara this isn't necessarily a bad thing - just something to note if you are planning on hanging out together as a group.

A fabulous stay with great facilities

This apartment was fabulous! After staying in hotels on our travels for 4 weeks it was great to have our own space and be able to cook in a lovely kitchen. The facilities are fabulous, location is great and very quiet nice touches with a coffee machine, floor heating and the shower has spa jets on it! Kevin made us a lovely full cooked breakfast each day in the main house. Overall a great stay and we would stay again!

The only comment we have is that the bed was quite hard to sleep on.

Best stay in Niagara. You will not get wrong with this propery. So much better then a hotel room.

Exceptionally clean, very nice, best location, 3 min walk to the rainbow bridge, quiet neighbourhood, free secure parking. Exceptional attention to detail that makes your life easier. We arrived with carry-on luggage and everything we needed was there. Could not get better. Best value for your money. We enjoyed a lot the time in Niagara. We will come back and recommend this property to our friends. Thank you to our hosts

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, nicht geschenkt, aber sein Geld wert

Die Lage ist super, nicht direkt an den Niagara Fällen, und daher absolut ruhig. Fußweg zur Rainbow Bridge 10 min, zu den Fällen 15-20 min. Das Auto können sie hinterm Haus parken. Die Unterkunft ist klasse, sehr sauber und gepflegt, die gesamte Einrichtung wirkt gut durchdacht. Wir hatten 4 Übernachtungen. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche waschen und trocknen, was auf einer Rundreise ein großer Vorteil ist ! Die Waschmaschine/Trockner sind im privaten Bereich des Hauses. Einfach über booking.com den Eigentümern eine Nachricht schreiben, dann bekommt man den genauen Ort mitgeteilt. Wir durften sogar das Waschmittel vor Ort benutzen. Ein Ausflug an den Ontariosee lohnt sich. Wir waren baden am lakeside Beach in St.Catharines, empfehlenswert.

Man findet keine Mülltonnen am Haus. Bei längerem Aufenthalt muss Kontakt mit den Eigentümern aufgenommen werden. Diese teilten uns dann mit, den Müll vor die Haustür zu stellen, sie würden dann den mitnehmen. Das ist etwas umständlich. Küchenbretter zum schneiden von Lebensmitteln sind aus Plastik und nicht aus Holz. Aber das scheint üblich in USA und Kanada zu sein.
