About this apartment rental
We are located within walking distance of falls, downtown restaurants and all attractions, in a safe, quiet historic neighborhood. The home is a city approved and licenced 50's era with mid modern décor a full size kitchen, wood burning fireplace, king size bed, queen size bed and 2 twin size hideaway beds, Full bath, outdoor grill, and Firepit. I am a superhost with over a 100+ 5 stars reviews, Remember your vacation time is precious Ck the rentals reviews before you stay.

Martins house was perfect for our needs. We could easily walk to Niagara Falls State Park and even across to Canada. The house was clean and in good repair. Martin met us at check in and was very friendly. The only downside is the neighborhood is a little rough. Martins house is nice, but there is an abandoned building next door and others nearby.

The place was very nice... property owner was very curteous and helpful. Always there to answer queations and give helpful hints/suggestions (even brought us an extra tv for the bedroom). The walk to the falls only took 10-15 mins (half mile away) and was mainly flat .

Martin was an excellent host, and the location was perfect for visiting the falls - both sides. Additionally, it was nicely kept and very power friendly - we travel with a big dog and I't is not always easy to find a place for large dogs.

It was great but for the price no so much we travel once or twice a month and we use this application to get the best deals and more than anything the most comfortable houses to feel comfortable and feel like home but on this particular home it was no Ac unit or any soap or creamer for coffee or bottles of water or any kind of things the most houses have definitely need some updates on this house and it looks like they’re working on No Internet. It was not working at all as well. We had to use our phones for wireless WiFi the home it was not so clean we have to buy paper towels creamer for the coffee and it was just not worth that money. Overall we still have a good time on the Niagara Falls. It was beautiful.
