We enjoyed staying at this property - spacious and comfortable and a plus that it is pet friendly. Beautiful view of the falls and fireworks at night.Hotel staff were amazing! Always had fresh coffee/ water / snacks in Lobby. Breakfast had lots of choices. Close to all attractions!

Great location with fantastic views. Plenty of space. However, we ended up leaving after only couple of hours as the extremely strong scent of a cleaning product used was so overwhelming it gave us migraines and we could not stay even after paying in full, it was the most expensive property in the area.

The host and desk staff were excellent in setup, check-in and helping with our stay. The bedrooms were dusty. Worse, there is a spider problem. They were all over the external windows. Some on the internal windows. I had to remove two large (1-2 inches across) spiders hanging from the ceiling above the beds in both bedrooms. It was distressing because we had two young kids and I have arachnophobia.

Absolutely LOVE the setup of this condo. Walk in the door and to the right are the bedrooms and bathroom and to the left is the living room & kitchen. Super close proximity to the falls and amazing views from the room - refer to pics. Parking was close, safe & secure. Check-in and out were easy. Breakfast and staff were amazing. I was expecting the room to be cleaned during my stay (like a hotel). Beds were comfy. Overall everything was perfect. My only suggestion is to not look up. The ceilings are super high and there were spiderwebs and other debris(maybe peeling paint) up there since it's basically unreachable. Also spiderwebs in the windows and in the sitting area. My daughter called the front desk 1 night and asked them to get a spider out of her room (teenagers smh) and I spotted 1 spider in the room I stayed in. Not the end of the world & i would most definitely stay here again.

Amazing views! This property was great, very close to everything. The views are stunning, we even saw the fireworks from our window. The manager Lenny was fantastic, he worked hard to get us an early check in to set up for a friends birthday. He was very accommodating and made sure our stay was great! The only complaint we had was that AC did not work great and with the amount of windows it was warms in the main rooms. If that was fixed it would have been 5 stars!

PROs Great location! We loved watching the fireworks every night from the living room. We enjoyed the fun art nouveau style of the whole building! Delicious breakfast buffet 8-10 daily included with your stay (great perk for a vrbo) my husband and daughter used the gym and enjoyed it. All the staff we spoke to were kind & accommodating- offered up more towels ect if needed & told me we could request sheet changes but we didn’t bother because we were only there 3 nights. We were amazed how BIG it was! The beds were soft and comfy. Generous with pillows too! Our (18 & 24 yr old kids) liked the big bedroom with 2 queen beds and they could stay up late gaming on laptops together. Cons ….it was really hot (90 degrees outside) and the AC unit just couldn’t keep up with those tall ceilings, so it was uncomfortably hot and hard for us to sleep. When I told the manager, he came right away to help, which I appreciated.Also- although it’s an awesome little kitchen- it has none of the basics we are used to finding at vrbos, cling wrap, salt and pepper, tea bags, olive oil, spices, sugar, chip clips and the like…not a deal breaker, but just so you know to bring everything if you plan to cook at all. And the windows and curtains were grubby and covered with spider webs and needed cleaned(The rest of the property seemed very clean)But even saying this, we’d come again!We Recommend this property.((And Go to Savor restaurant! It was delicious!))Thank you!!

Super spacious and comfortable condo on 15th floor with great view of fireworks and river. Although you can't get direct view of falls from anywhere on NY side, the location is still great for walking to all the attractions, including on Canadian side. Would definitely recommend over a cramped hotel!

This condo us beautifully decorated with lots of space to stretch out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I would have given 5 stars overall if not for the spiders. The large windows all had spiders and webs on the outside and we had a few spiders inside the unit. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped for people who want to cook, but we didn't anyway.
