Beautiful condo overlooking Niagara Falls state park

Excellent location and view. Nice, big space!

This was a delightful condo! The views alone made this the perfect retreat. The location was perfect and such an easy walking distance to Niagara. Having a parking spot was also a great gem. We loved watching the fireworks from our window and seeing the falls lit up at night. Thankful for the morning breakfast provided too; that was wonderful. I was super impressed with the amazing hotel service staff—special shout out to Alysha for her friendly disposition and extra care for us. She was a delight.

Property was clean and fresh. The space was huge with beautiful views. The lounge was a cute space for relaxing drink after a day of sightseeing.Would definitely stay there again!

The building has a lot of history and character. The rooms in this hotel had both rentals and private residences. Communication was very good before our arrival and the hosts were accommodating to us arriving early. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Overall the rental was nice. It had a lot of space including a kitchen and room with a washer and dryer. The property needs some updates, such as the kitchen island having a spot that peeled off and shows the particle board. I would also note that the room wasn't filthy, but definitely needs a thorough cleaning. The floors felt sticky, the bathroom fixtures were very dusty, mirrors were smudged, etc. Attention to detail would go a long way at this property since the layout is so spacious and the views are phenomenal. I would recommend bringing an eye mask to wear at night. It is very bright in the bedrooms in the morning.
