Welcome to our beautifully restored 3 Bedroom Home. It is in a wonderful neighborhood minutes from the Falls, Aquarium, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, delicious local cuisine, fantastic shopping and many family-friendly activities.
The home has 5 Beds and sleeps 7, a fully functional Kitchen, formal Dining room, a spacious very comfortable Living room, a beautiful sun room, laundry services and a relaxing backyard with plenty of seating and an outdoor eating area under a shaded Pergola.
This house was built in 1922 and is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Niagara Falls. Just minutes away, we are within walking distance of all the major attractions.
If you look through our pictures, the first thing you will notice is the Beautiful woodwork and French doors. This home is very warm and inviting. Our number one priority is to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, We want you to feel "At Home".
There are five beds to choose from. they are all very plush, You should get a fantastic night sleep. Each of the bedrooms have more than enough closet space and drawers for a long stay.
Some of the other amenities are:
Free Wi-Fi (100 mbps Internet)
Large flat screen SmartTV with Roku (netflix, Hulu, YouTube, the Etc.…)
USB charger ports on all the lamps,
Ceiling fans,
Central Heating and Air conditioning,
Brand-new clothing washer and dryer,
Ironing board with iron,
A fully appointed kitchen including all brand-new Ceramic pots and pans (minus the food of course)
2 stage filter water.
Driveway parking.
A large Backyard,
We have many brochures and maps from local attractions for your convenience,
We are always available by text/phone and in person if needed, otherwise, we value your privacy and hope you have a comfortable stay.
We are very pet friendly, we do allow SMALL pets (under 25lbs) but you must check with us first for approval and there is a $25.00 fee per pet for the first day (20% discount for additional days) which will be added to your booking via a "special offer/ request for additional funds"
If you have more than one pet, I may be able to make special arrangements and adjust the pricing to give you a better deal. Again, please contact me first. Thank you.
Note: Please be mindful of the leather couch and Loveseat, I ask that you please keep your dog from getting up on the furniture. Also, If you plan on leaving your pet at the house when you are not there, your pet must be kenneled. If you do not have a kennel with you, I can provide a baby gate to keep your dog in the kitchen area. Thank you
Our home is located in one of the Best locations in Niagara Falls. All of our neighbors owned their own homes and take wonderful care of the neighborhood, it is very quiet and safe here. Feel free to walk around at any time of the day or night. Again, we are very conveniently located, Close to shopping, Great restaurants, And of course all of the attractions mentioned above, please make sure to talk with me before heading down to the Falls, I have a lot of beneficial information when it comes to where to park and how to get to the attractions in the easiest way.
Also, we strive to keep a clean space for our guests, but if we have missed something or you find an issue with our rental, please let us know right away. so we can take care of it for you. Thank You :)
Remember,... you can walk to all of the attractions, They begin the aquarium less than 6 blocks away. The bus stop for city travel is located East down our street (orchard Parkway) on Main Street. There is also a bicycle/walking path that goes South along the Niagara River Gorge parallel to Whirlpool street and takes you directly to the Falls. Of course there is always "Uber" and "Lyft" available.

The most positive thing about this home was being able to bring our 2 med/large lab mixes. There is a beautiful walking area along the river right at the end of the street, and the spacious kitchen was comfortable for them with a gate (provided by owner) while we were off at the falls. We felt comfortable walking them at night along the well lit street.
The house is on a pretty street, probably the nicest street in this area...adjacent streets look a bit iffy. But if you arrive after dark you would have difficulty locating it, I am afraid...there are no easily visible #s on it and none of the porch lights work. (Owner made aware).
This is a beautiful old home in a state of some disrepair but you will find the inside clean and set up nicely for you. We can't speak about the beds providing a great night's sleep...matresses sink in the middle or box springs don't quite fit frame so one tilted a little. I was surprised to find just thin sheets on mattresses...no mattress pads at all. Plenty of clean towels. Plenty of hot water for showers. For the kitchen I would bring your own Saran wrap or foil and an extra roll of paper towels. Otherwise the kitchen has everything and is so nice and bright. There is a nice Tops supermarket close by.
You can walk to the falls but it would be a bit of a walk on top of the walking you would be doing once there as well. We had a bit of a mini heat wave while here so opted to drive. (Put central A/C on, downstairs comfortable but bedrooms still a bit warm upstairs. Ceiling fans helped). Parking is pricey near the falls....we found that the $10 all day lot was good. Display the ticket on your dash and you can leave at intervals if you have a dog at the house and come back. The street meters were $5 per hour and of course if you leave you lose your spot.
We met David the owner briefly and he is super nice. I hope he can continue to work on the house and the lovely plantings in the yard over time and make this gem of a house shine once again. It has great potential.
