Walking distance to Niagara Falls

We were so fortunate that Henry's place was available as I can't imagine a place more perfect! Henry was prompt in responding to messages and i had asked since our arrival time was before checkin if we could park at the house. He said we were welcome to park on property before checkin. Later he let me know prior guests left early and property would be ready before normal check in time. Location could not have been better! 15 min walk to the Falls. The house was beautiful! Even nicer than the pics! Back yard was to die for! Whole coffee station set up with to go cups plus all kitchen amenities! We stayed at 5 rental properties over 6 days and was first experience my dad had with a rental and Henry's place was the highlight of his trip! He still can't believe we got the whole house for what we paid (and dad is very frugal w/money!) We brought firestick from the States and there was an hdmi adapter so we could watch our own programs. Friends we were meeting the day we checked out were to arrive in time for us to walk half mile to purchase tickets for boat ride by the Falls. They were late arriving after our checkout time and Henry allowed us to leave both cars so we could walk to buy tickets avoiding the long lines at the Falls. Wonderful host and best place to stay if visiting Niagra Falls!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Vrbo! The house was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and exactly as described in the listing. The outdoor seating area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.The location was perfect—close to Clifton Hill, and it was very easy to catch the WEGO bus to visit Niagara Falls and other attractions. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and comfortable.The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Henry was a fantastic host who communicated clearly and provided helpful tips and recommendations that made our trip even better.The home is an older house that has been nicely remodeled. One thing to keep in mind is that if you’re traveling with several electronic devices, you may want to plan accordingly, as older homes can have fewer conveniently located outlets.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Niagara Falls.

Location is great, house is clean and well maintained. Only issue is the small bathrooms and a lack of surface space for necessities. I would stay here again.
