This home comfortably sleeps 8 persons in a total of 4 bedrooms (1 Queen) and is serviced by 2 full bathrooms. The home features an attractive rear yard with patio/canopy plus BBQ. Public park with basketball and tennis courts located just behind the property.

This was a pre-Christmas visit. Henry needs to provide information to the renters regarding the following:
1. There are heaters in the closet of the bedroom with no number for the cold rooms upstairs.
2. Do not use a hairdryer in the upstairs bathroom when the heaters are on.
3. How to use the TV and what is available on it.
4. How to dispose of garbage and recycled items.
Also, there were no salt and pepper shakers otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the house was conveniently located.
