We had a great stay at this apartment in Nice. It was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a restful stay. Check-in was hassle-free thanks to the clear and simple instructions provided in advance. Communication with the owner was smooth and prompt throughout our stay. The air conditioning was strong and efficient, which was a big plus during the warm days. We also really appreciated the blackout shades, which helped us sleep well even with the early morning sun. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Nice

the location is marvellous, everything was reachable for us, supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops, except for the beach which was more than 20 min walking not 100 metres as advertised on booking.com. the flat was clean and had most of the things a family would need for a 5 nights stay. the neighbourhood was safe and quiet.

the misleading information on booking.com, like the air conditioner (which was not available in our property) we had just 2 fans to move around with them in every room we use. the coffee machine had no coffee pods as advertised in one of the photos online, and when I complained, I’ve been told that the supermarket is near you!! no tea, coffee or sugar provided. I asked before I arrive, if they provide toiletries, they said yes. but unfortunately I found nothing except for a used soap (didn’t last 2 days to wash our hands) there was some washing liquid for dishes, we finished it on the third day. I asked before I arrive, if they provide washing machine powder or pods, I’ve been told YES, but nothing was available, as well as I’ve been told that the supermarket is near you! I didn’t mind get whatever is not available in the property before I arrive instead of buying bigger size stuff to use for couple of days, it was wasting of money.
