This seventh-floor condo boasts a view of the Gulf and gorgeous sunsets each evening. Throughout the property, you'll enjoy access to three pools (one at the Tides building, one at the beach, and one at the TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Club Fitness Center), a hot tub, saunas, the fitness center itself, tennis courts, and a putt-putt course. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
The bright, updated interior showcases a floor-to-ceiling wall of glass that frames the covered balcony and the Gulf beyond. The well-appointed kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances (with dishwasher), a two-person breakfast bar, and dining room table. An open living area offers ample seating and a cable TV. Each of the two bedrooms also has its own cable TV. Primary Enjoy direct balcony access and a private en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is located by the front door. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

This was our second stay at Unit 704 in the Tides. It’s a well appointed 2 bed, 2 bath unit overlooking the gulf. You get access to the pool, fitness center, pickleball courts and shuffleboard with the stay. There is a welcome pack with dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap and laundry soap for the washer dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay again.

We really liked the property. The amenities were very nice and the grounds are immaculately maintained.

The property was very clean. We will definitletly stay again. The view from the balcony is incredible! The location was great! The resort is close to everything, yet not in the thick of all of the traffic, etc. I'm not a fan of crowds and I didn't feel as if the resort was too crowded. We were able to reserve chairs on the beach and the pool was never extremely crowded.
I would say that condo was "basic". I don't mean that in a bad way. I only mean that it wasn't extremely decorated or had a lot of nice amenities, if that is what you are used to. It had everything we needed, and it was clean. That was all that really mattered. The location and the view made it all worth it!
The master shower only has a small shelf to put a bottle of shampoo or a bar of soap. If you have a lot of toiletries, you have to put them on the floor of the shower. Not the end of the world, but I don't like my bottles standing in dirty shower water. LOL
