Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We’ve stayed at The Tides several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. This unit was very clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The views, as always, were spectacular. The issues we ran into were minor. As another reviewer pointed out, the kitchen could use more utensils and some plastic (not glass) cups. The guest bathtub would not drain despite adding Drano. Also, the ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice, although it made ice just fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit.

We've spent several Fall Breaks at Tops'l over the years, trying different agencies, but Vacasa has been our best experience by far! 🌟 Renting through Vacasa gave us access to the clubhouse, which we haven't had with other rentals. Our unit was super clean and well-stocked to kick off our vacation. We'll definitely rent through them again!

View was good. Kitchen appears to have been updated, but carpet is very dated/worn. Was ok but would try a different room next time based on other rooms in our wedding party.
