You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
Just four miles east, walk the paths, watch for native wildlife, and explore the white quartz dunes of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. If you're looking to shop or dine out, take your pick of Baytowne Wharf, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Destin Commons, all within seven miles of this resort.

Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.

This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed in this unit for fall break
Great location! Close to everything; Destin, 30A, Baytown Wharf…it’s all so close to this location. Quiet and secluded. Great amenities. We will be back next year and years to come

First off, everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Outstanding idea of the beach and pool, and bar area. Beds were comfy, my elderly mom was with us and she enjoyed the apartments well. One of the outside balcony lights did not work, and I informed Vacasa. They did respond via text, but never sent anyone over to repair it. Check-in was smooth. I extended our stay with late check-out. This is the 3rd time booking a stay with Vacasa at the Tides, and each time was wonderful! Enjoyed my birthday stay(again) at the Tides!!!

We somewhat knew what we were getting into based on the reviews. The main selling point to this unit is the view.
The unit wasn't cleaned well and we encountered small roaches throughout our stay.
The unit needs to be updated.
The guest bedroom beds were smaller than what we were expecting. Our two teenage girls were not super comfortable sharing one of the beds, so consider each bed for one person, unless you have little ones.
There is so much potential with this unit. I wish the owner would take the feedback given and invest a little into making this a wonderful place.
