Grand Boulevard is approximately one mile north, offering casual and upscale dining and a variety of shopping options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had a great stay! We loved the location of TOPS’L, the close proximity to the beach, the pools were clean and easy to access, food at the pool side grill was delicious and kid friendly. The room was very clean! Spacious primary bath and shower. Personally I feel that the twin beds and couches could use some updating, but our family of 4 were comfortable and had a wonderful stay here!

Tides is a wonderful place. Spent precious time with family. Unit could use some updating but overall stay was enjoyable.
