Great location for hiking and proximity to cafes. Good directions to free parking nearby.
Fridge didn't work while we were there. Owner is going to get this fixed.

A quiet place, close to public parking, a backyard (could have a small table with chairs), a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom.
The bedroom could have lamps and nightstands or at least shelves next to the bed, as well as space to hang clothes on hangers.
