The cottage took our breath away on arrival. Secluded. Peaceful. A huge enclosed garden for our dog. And the fabulous addition of an amazing Summerhouse! We watched Red Kites every afternoon from under the welcome shade of the wonderful tree. We had morning tea sat on the porch of the Summerhouse and we visited some lovely coastal spots and walked round lochs..........and everything we needed was available, a very well equipped holiday home. Superb.
Nothing not to like. Crazy hot weather (31° who would have thought it?!) but that will have been totally unexpected and beyond control of course!? But maybe a fan for night time in case that happens again as it really was too hot to sleep on Thursday night..........?

I liked that the garden was totally enclosed for the dog. It was peaceful. Good facilities.

This comfortable cottage was ideal for our young family, with a well stocked kitchen, Netflix, a cosy wood stove and central heating. The interior is very tastefully decorated with some lovely features throughout. The milk, tea and biscuits and snacks on arrival was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
The only downside is the rural location meaning you couldn't stay here without a car. But garden is great with a covered bbq area and games room.
