Had a great stay here. The hosts couldn’t have been any more accommodating. Jimmy was great and took the kids down to the field to help him feed the cows. Lyndsey was very responsive and recommended a few great places to visit with the kids. The house was absolutely spotless, the kitchen had everything we could need and the WiFi was fantastic considering the location was very rural.
A larger tv in living room with the option for Netflix etc would have been better for the kids, however was not a deal breaker. The hot tub was amazing and offered excellent views however you have to go down a few steep steps to access this and there is quite a steep drop at the side of hot tub which would could be doing with a small fence so as not to affect the views but to feel a bit safer for the kids.

The location of the property was quite remote however we felt comfortable and safe. The hot tub was fabulous and the sauna was an added bonus which we all enjoyed.
The inside of the property was tired in places.

The location of the property is perfect - stunning view of the fields, loch and little village. The double bedroom also had a great view looking down the valley, and the sunsets were beautiful. The hot tub is a really great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed using it, whilst admiring the view. The host was lovely and really helpful and friendly.
The cottage has SO much potential, but currently, it is in need of a re-vamp. The kitchen and bathroom both need replacing and bringing up to current standards. The beds were very uncomfortable - the mattresses need replacing and the pillows and duvets were not much better. However, the current state of the cottage reflects the price, and if changes are made, prices will go up and may out-price some families. However, I’d be happy to pay more for the extra comfort.
