A gorgeous rural property. We were very welcomed on arrival by Lindsey. A perfect place for our stop off as we made our way home from N Ireland in our vintage cars. A well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge / diner and comfortable beds. We all would have loved to extend our stay 🙂 and enjoyed more of the beautiful countryside surrounding Airside Farm.

The location of the property is perfect - stunning view of the fields, loch and little village. The double bedroom also had a great view looking down the valley, and the sunsets were beautiful. The hot tub is a really great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed using it, whilst admiring the view. The host was lovely and really helpful and friendly.
The cottage has SO much potential, but currently, it is in need of a re-vamp. The kitchen and bathroom both need replacing and bringing up to current standards. The beds were very uncomfortable - the mattresses need replacing and the pillows and duvets were not much better. However, the current state of the cottage reflects the price, and if changes are made, prices will go up and may out-price some families. However, I’d be happy to pay more for the extra comfort.
