Cot Cottage - Panoramic Views & Hot Tub!

Gorgeous cottage in an excellent private setting. We went as a group of 10 with 3 dogs and had a great time. The forest walk directly off the garden was perfect for the dogs. Viewings are amazing, lovely and quiet. Enough space to all sit together or separate out. Comfortable beds and fab hot tub.

Some of the dishes werent clean and the dishwasher didnt work properly when we put it on so had to hand wash all the dishes. The only other thing was in the upstairs sitting area there were a lot of cobwebs and dust on the lights and ceiling

The isolated location was superb we had views out of every window. The wildlife was abundant deer red kites curlew lapwing and more. My bedroom on the upper floor was exceptional.

The road from the main road to the house was a long pitted farm track which was very unpleasant to drive. The property was very good but could be exceptional if they matched other places we have stayed if they had milk a laundry tablet 1 would have made a difference. The dishwasher didn't work and neither did the ice cold water element on 1 of the freezer. There was a bag of ice in the other so kudos. I entered Cot Cottage into my Sat nav as instructed we had a long drive in entirely the wrong direction a very helpful young man pointed us in the right direction so be careful. The check out instructions really annoyed us not only do you need to strip your bed and place everything you need to be out by 9.30 am. We did but only because we started the evening before.

Nice open space, big bedrooms, hot tub.

Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Water tasted extremely unpleasant and we needed to buy bottled water.
