Hotel is super close to the train station which have access to all tourist spots you might want to visit. There are nice coffee shops, restaurants and convenience store nearby. Light rail station is just 1 min away. Walkable distance to the beach too. Hotel is pretty and staff are nice.

We loved our stay here, the location is great to move around and get in and out the train station. The staff was great and super friendly. The rooms were comfy and clean.

The window faces a busy commercial street with trams passing by, which is extremely noisy. I could hear the ding-dong sounds of the trams as early as 5:30 a.m. I asked the front desk to change to a quieter room, but they said they didn’t have the authority to do so—this was the first time I’ve ever heard that a front desk can’t help a guest switch rooms.
At checkout, it wasn’t just a matter of dropping the key—the staff had to process something on the computer for a long time. Even though I reminded him that I was in a hurry to catch a the tram, they still wouldn’t let me leave. The checkout process took a full 5–10 minutes, causing me to miss my bus completely, and I had to walk to the airport line.
