    This hotel is located in a quiet yet central area — a rare combination in New York City. I love that there are only about five rooms per floor, which makes it feel peaceful, comfortable, and private. The rooms are clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet for NYC. The price is a bit high, but that’s expected for the city. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again on my next visit.

    I stayed for 11 nights. Housekeeping only on certain days a week but it's pretty clean when we checked in. The staff are helpful and fast when you ask them for things like electric kettle, extra towels, tissues etc,. The room is large enough considering it's in NYC and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is also large and there's seat bidet. The hotel is located very close to a number of tourist spots and we basically walked to them since they're near. It's a club membership hotel so there's not much facilities we can use. The ice maker and water dispenser is open to us and it's at the 2nd floor. There are good restaurants nearby (try joe's dumplings) so I guess there's no need for one in the hotel lol.

    The room with great size ( very large bathroom ) , great location in the city for those who only stay a few days. The room is clean , bed is big and comfy. Very new interior. The staffs are very helpful when check in and daily matters . The hotel can also schedule taxi service to JFK with good price. Overall we had a wonderful stay here.

    Just stayed there for the first time. Really liked the property. New, clean and modern. Great central location close to Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. It’s a Hilton Vacation Club Property. So guests who are timeshare owners get access to more amenities. But small gym is open to all guests. Housekeeping is after every 3 nights. But you can always request clean towels, water, and Keurig pods as needed. Housekeeping was always fast and friendly if we had a request. No restaurant or bar on site. No room service. Just a small refrigerator and a Keurig machine. Lots of food options very nearby. WiFi was good. We had one small issue with the TV/entertainment system. You should be able to stream from our own device, but seems they have a lot of issues with that. The workaround is to use a cable to attach your device. We definitely plan to stay there again.
