Good hotel and location for the price. Only concern was that the fire alarm went off at midnight during one of the nights stay and there were no staff at reception nor any emergency numbers to call

We stayed here two nights in Room 302. The beds were very comfortable and that was the best part. The room was not fully clean and the bidet was not fully functional. That said, if you expect a hostel type hotel, it was actually not bad. There is no elevator. But for Shinjuku/Tokyo the price was good and it was quiet. The shower was great and there is a fridge and a kettle. I would recommend this place for shorter stays or a quiet place to crash near Shinjuku Chuo Park.
