Nice big rooms with desk. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. The staff was very nice for the most part, but for some reason one staff member decided to meet us in the parking lot to tell us about check in. Also, the hotel charges for early check-in even to get into the room 30 minutes early, which I never experienced before and doesn't speak well for the hotel and customer service. I would not have paid that out of principle, but my daughter insisted.

The room was a little tight for two adults but perfectly manageable. A good option if you want to get away from hustle of Shinjuku and don’t mind a little walking.
