    A little disappointing not having a wardrobe to accommodate some clothes, room really small. But staff attentive and breakfast outstanding. Good for the money

    There was a Kiosk check in. Very convenient and excellent location. a little bit tiny but good facilities.

    Check-in automated. Room very clean. Laundry was always full so we used the one behind the hotel. Didn’t eat here but it had options. Around a km walk to Shinjuku. Good stay, thanks.

    Hotel ambience was nice. It was like being back in Scandinavia, but the noise in the rooms were so bad. You could hear the conversations of your neighbors left, right, and opposite. It’s terrible. You can also hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. It’s too bad the soundproofing was dismal. Rather, there was no sound proofing. Theres no keycard so you enter a 6 digit pin. Every time your neighbors come back, you hear then punching in the keys with that high pitch digital sound. Bakery was nice. Restaurant was highly rated but wasn’t great imo. I had the seafood paella for dinner and the portion was tiny for someone who doesn’t eat much. Its soft shell prawns but the shells pierced my mouth while eating and there was hardly any umami.
