    Stayed at knot hotel for 5 nights in standard room . Room small but comfortable very clean we made use of wall hangers. All the Staff were fabulous , Benny the morning fella that met everyone on way to breakfast was so cheerful and happy . Breaking was great had plenty to choose from and coffee was good . There was also a bakery onsite to grab something for breakfast if didn’t opt for buffet. We liked that there was a laundry room on entry level and level 2 as we did our washing before leaving for a cruise . Self checkout was quick and efficient. Would absolutely stay again as had all the amenities needed and walking distance to Ginza and Shinjuku area , the atmosphere is amazing especially at night .

    Would not stay here in the hot summers of Tokyo. The rooms have no air conditioning, so you can only open the windows for ventilation. During our stay, there was also facade construction works happening. The hotel has a bus stop right outside, but it is quite a long walk to the train station.
