Everything OK except the crazy layout of the bed. It is tightly "boxed in" unnecessarily. Terrible design. on window side VERY narrow . On the other side no space at all, right up against a wooden structure. Your partner on this side can't get out of bed with out climbing over it. Umbelievably bad design. Whoever designed this did it on a computer, never considered reality. At the bottom of the bed there is a daft storage structure On getting out of bed a serious risk of right angke edges damaging legs - terrible !

I love Vander, always stay here while back in my hometown. Perfect location. Quiet and close to everything. I do, however, miss the reception and STAFF on the property! It feels odd to not have access to anybody representing the hotel on-site. For any issue, you have to call a phone number rather than speaking directly with a hotel staff member at the property. It has changed this lovely apt hotel into a faceless and non-personable experience over the years. My first time staying (in 2022) there was a wonderful
Reception area with superbly helpful staff. I’ve stayed at the property around eight times since 2022 and have witnessed the streamlining in person.
