We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was clean and very comfortable.

Carl was fantastic. Upon arrival at the airport, our arrival at the property and responding to any questions or concerns we had. Our original mattress was extremely hard and he changed out the mattress for a softer one promptly. He messaged us to ask permission to enter the room to do this as we were out. He was very informative about the local area, indicating places to go and things to do We had an issue with the A/C unit in that it leaked water onto the floor when turned off. We mentioned this as we were checking out so I have no doubt that it is by next remedied The Duque de Loulé is a beautiful 250 year old historic building it the heart of Porto. We really feel like we were in Portugal. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the traffic noise and other tenants may be of concern Overall, a great experience.
