Passos Collection 263

Everything was amazing! The room and facilities were great, clean, and well-maintained. Communication with the property was very easy, quick, and efficient. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the property was always easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. All the necessary information and instructions were provided one to two days before our arrival, so everything was well-organized and ready for us when we arrived. The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything and most places within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Perfectly located and central to everywhere. Great communication regarding self check in. Lovely apartment.

Would have been good with a full sized ironing board. Stairs up to mezzanine bedroom may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

It is in an excellent location, outside of the super busy tourist area, but only about 20 minutes walk away. The studio is super comfortable and literally has everything you need. Explore all the cupboards, you will find a microwave, a tea kettle, a toaster and many other things. There's a washing machine and if you need a drying rack just ask and they will bring you one. The staff is extremely responsive to questions and texts.

Not one thing everything is perfect!

Five stars: a perfect Porto base, with a host who makes it feel like home Passos Collection 263 is one of the best-located places we could have picked in Porto. Nearly everything we wanted to see was a pleasant walk away: Mercado do Bolhão, São Bento station, Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, and the Ribeira riverfront. We barely needed a taxi or public transport. We just stepped out the door and wandered, and then had somewhere comfortable to come back to after long days exploring. The newly refurbished rooms are immaculate. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together, from the spotless bathrooms to the comfortable beds and the clean, stylish finishes. You can tell real care went into the renovation, and it shows in every detail. What made our stay special was Liliana, the owner. She was helpful and responsive to lppevery request, big or small, and always replied quickly and cheerfully. She went above and beyond to take care of us, and we felt like welcomed guests in a friend's home, not just another booking. Her warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. We can't recommend Passos Collection 263 highly enough, and we'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Liliana!
