We liked the location of the apartment. There are restaurants, groceries, and shops within a few steps of the building and walking to most sites was within 10-20 minutes. We appreciated having the balcony (and view) to sit out in the evening and morning to enjoy our evening wine and morning coffee. We also appreciated the A/C which worked well. The bathroom had counter space, shelving and a cupboard for storage which was great!
The dining table and chairs were appreciated but the chairs were uncomfortable. The sofa wasn't useful and took up too much space for the studio apartment. Just the table with chairs is needed and would allow for more space to move around.

This apartment is by a large margin the best one we have been in on our 5-week Australia trip. Polished concrete countertop in the kitchen and polished concrete floors, all tastefully decorated, with personal touches rather the standard basic, "all look the same" of places managed by companies. All high end. Uti, the host, is wonderful.
12 min to the beach on foot, 2 min by car.

Good location, clean and safe. Convenient bar under the apartment which came in handy to watch the FIFA 2026 games given there was absolutely no tv service in the room. Managers were very communicative, responsive and helpful.
We rarely watch tv but given the World Cup was on, and the games started very late in the evening, it would have been nice to watch these late-night games from our apartment, but could not. Also the air conditioning remote was temperamental.
