Personal super amable y atento. Apartamento top. Muy bien equipado y super comodo. Lo recomiendo 100%.
Para mi en un departamento debería haber azúcar, sal y aceite, para cocinar sin tener que comprarlo, pero es realmente un detalle.

Gute Raumnutzung, gutes Doppelbett, sauber, sehr ruhig, weil im Rückgebäude einer sehr stark befahrenen Einbahnstraße. Gute Lage, Einkaufen 3 Minuten entfernt, nette kleine Lokale, optimal für Porto. Schöner großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfächern. Kühle Wohnung, effektive Klimaanlage.
Die Küche ist nicht gut geplant. Die Oberschränke sind zu tief, so dass wir mit 1,65 m und 1,77 m mit Buckeln über dem Spülbecken oder dem Kochfeld stehen mussten. Wenn der Dunstabzug zusätzlich ausgezogen ist kommt man mit normal langen Armen nicht mehr an einen heißen Topf oder eine spritzige heiße Pfanne heran. Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch notwendig.

Sin duda, lo mejor es la ubicación. Está en pleno centro y no tiene ruido exterior. Todos los bares más turísticos están alrededor, también hay tiendas y el mercado Bolhao súper cerca también. En la cocina hay cafetera con 4 cápsulas de café, ollas y utensilios de cocina que vienen bien.
Muchísimo ruido de los vecinos de arriba por falta de aislamiento. Se les oía hablar a voz normal e incluso las pisadas se oían súper fuerte. Tiene humedad en las paredes. No muy limpio del todo. Las almohadas muy finas. Sugerencia: dejar en la cocina aceite y servilletas (son cosas útiles y baratas)
