Warmly Porto

The flat was central, had lots of shops and places to eat, not far from the bridge, metro, stations etc. flat itself was modern and good order, also had toiletries, laundry detergent and washing up detergent.

When I first arrived, was met by Jess but he didn’t introduce himself or anything until we asked him. There were lots of stairs to get to the flat, so not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. There seemed to be all facilities but the toaster didn’t work properly. Every night from approximately 10pm till 1am, the upstairs neighbour would stomp around extremely loudly around their flat so couldn’t sleep or woke us up, if we did manage to sleep. Curtains in the bedroom were a bit mouldy.

Perfect location in Porto central to all areas. Quiet courtyard and small balcony perfect to sit. Staff very helpful and accommodating - gave great suggestions about Porto culture. All needed items and clean and modern. Perfect.

Only problem was exterior light that went on and off all night but we had a pocket door to block off that light.

Excellent location, spacious flat with plenty of wardrobe space. Good kitchen facilities and the balcony looking into the courtyard was a great bonus. Safe location a walking distance from the centre, a metro stop and plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the train station. Excellent shower.

Apt itself was pleasant, efficient, and clean. Our concern was entrance safety

1. We were told check kin was at 16:00. The day before checking in were told our new check in time was 18:00. We asked if we could store our luggage someplace. They said yes next door. We could not find the address. Later to find out it was in an obscure location. We just waited with our luggage outside the apt. They showed up at 18:20. We chose this apt because the description said it had an elevator. My husband has mobility problems. An elevator is important. When we entered, we found NO elevator and three staircases with 10 inch steps,no lighting, outside not covered for rain. PLEASE correct the description of this apartment. The entrance is difficult for a normal person, possibly deadly for one with mobility issues..
