Excellent communication with caretaker/host. She was at the building at the appointed time and let us in, gave us all sorts of information and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. Even helped with our bags up three flights of stairs! Thank you! Really nice, well appointed suite. Clean and comfortable. The bed is only a double, so we found that a bit tight. Coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, toaster and dishes, cutlery all all there for use. You are right in the middle of a major touristy area with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and the Balhao metro station is 400m away. The market next to the Metro is very interesting and worth checking out. The location is within walking distance of many attractions, or you can walk to the Metro in 8 minutes and be down at the water front in no time.

The bed was a little soft and we are used to a king so it was a bit tight. But it was doable, LOL.

The location of the facility is very convenient. the room is quite spacious and the kitchenette is also very useful.

Cleanliness has to be improved. there were stains on the bedsheets and the bathroom did not feel that clean either.

Beautiful room and balcony. Loved the location.

Water front kitchen sink was brown and I noticed some areas were not super clean including the bathroom sink towel and sink area.
