The Art Porto - Holiday Homes

The property was quiet and close to the center of Porto.

The apartment is located extremely well right in the center of Porto. It's just a small walk to the metro station. There is a big supermarket just a stone's throw away. If you want to rent a car I would advise you to make arrangements for parking in advance. The communication with the host was excellent and super responsive. I can totally recommend it.

Perfectly central location — everything was within easy walking distance.

The location and the comfort bed.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The duvet and pillows were stained, the duvet cover was ripped. There was a very small brush that we were expected to brush the whole apartment with. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, there was no kitchen wipes. The frying pan was all damaged and not safe for use and the oven didn’t have a baking tray. We stayed for 4 nights, we had one face towel and one shower towel. It was very hot so we showered twice a day. I asked for some fresh towels and I was told there would be a charge of €10. This is not acceptable.
