Had a really good stay here! The pictures online do no justice. Great location - amazing Mountain View’s from the room and dining spaces (better than in Hakuba), Very clean, amazing staff, good food! No regrets. They actually exceeded my expectations here! Would definitely return

Room is clean but a bit small for trrple sharing. Overall, its fine.

Stayed here one night on the way up the Alpine route. Everything was just perfect here, from the excellent breakfast spread, onsen facilities, the wellkept grounds to the warm hospitable service at the front desk. Wish I’d spent a few more days here to relax.
