Our family of 3 stayed for 4 nights in January 2026. The place was perfect, room of good size for 3. It had a cozy family-like atmosphere, not noisy at all.
Meals were delicious.
The hosts, Taka, Kaiyo, and Kazu are wonderful, friendly and helpful. It was an unforgettable stay there and we shall definitely return.

Our hosts were absolutely accomodating of all of our needs - be it cooking our son's eggs a little more to helping us with cleaning up after our unwell daughter through to helping us with getting discounted Ski passes.
The location is amazing as is the building.
It was such a wonderful experience that we are looking to return already.
It's definitely a creature comfort thing but the pillows were a little bit soft for my and my wife - this definitely seemed to be a recurring them across Japan so not something specific to this property. We also didn't have many places to unpack our luggage.
Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Friendly owner, offered to pick us up from Hukaba station. Location is great, breakfast is very yummy!
The carpet is quite old and we saw two stink bugs in the room.
