    It’s a well located, nice, clean hotel having supportive staff with reasonably big rooms, close to metro station and just a few stops away from city centre.

    My parents and I had a wonderful stay there. Even though it's a bit far from the city centre, the tram makes it easy to get from the hotel there. It's also close to the Victoria train station, so it's perfect if you want to make a day trip from the station to anywhere around Manchester. The hotel is clean and safe. We booked an interjoint room with privacy and convenience. We can get free ice drinks (lemonade and water) and also free coffee every day multiple times, even though we didn't include breakfast, and the coffee was actually very good. I highly recommend it to everyone.

    Clean and modern hotel with comfortable rooms and a good atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around Manchester. I was also pleasantly surprised by the high-quality soundbar in the room — it was very easy to connect to and really enjoyable to use. Really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.

    Location not the best as you’ll need a taxi into the centre. I was led to believe that it was free parking to be told on arrival that I had to book beforehand. I booked the hotel beforehand so why wasn’t this an option. So £5 for parking on top of hotel fee. Waited 5 minutes at reception to check in. Room was ok but my bed looked like a dog had slept in it. Full of hairs.
