    Had a wonderful stay!

I booked this place without doing any research, and it turned out to be one of the best stays! The room was very cozy and clean. There was only a shower in the room, but you could reserve a private bath in the basement at the reception. The bagels and coffee were around ¥700, and there were several flavors to choose from, both savory and sweet. They were so good! There were also so many fun things to explore and enjoy in the hotel, including a bookstore and some lovely shared spaces. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to enjoy them all. Next time for sure! I’m Japanese, so I communicated in Japanese at the reception, but the staff seemed very fluent in English, and some even spoke French fluently. This makes it a very convenient and welcoming place for international travelers. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely 3-night stay at Tune Stay Kyoto. The hotel has such a comfortable and homey vibe; it truly felt like coming home after a long day of walking and exploring Kyoto. After miles of walking each day, we actually found ourselves getting excited to go back to the hotel, relax, and recharge. The cozy atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable and restful. Would definitely stay here again!
