    I booked this hotel for 5 days which was too long. The room isn’t like the photos that are on agoda, you can see the window in my room was absolutely abysmal so felt claustrophobic, i asked to change the room but was told i’d need to pay extra simply to go up a floor or change to another room which is the same. The bed is also quite uncomfortable and there’s no space to open the suitcase, if you do you’ll need to jump over it. However if you are a light packer, the room does the job, private bathroom albeit small, good transportation options as its a 1-2 min walk to tabata station so these plusses were good.

    We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. To be honest, the location is not that ideal if your target places to go to are around Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Ginza. It’s a bit far from these places and would require you to travel at least 20-30 minutes. The nearest grocery and convenience store is also 10-15 mins away from the hotel. So you would need to bring some food to eat already if you plan on going back early to the hotel. Once you drop off at Tabata station near the hotel, there is a flight of stairs and no elevator, it can be difficult for those carrying big luggages. The hotel itself however is really really nice. The staff was polite and helpful, the amenities is also good. They had an onsen which is a really nice cap off to the night after a long day of walking. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend this if you’re on budget and would want to stay in a further more quiet area.

    Don't stay here. Rooms were tiny even for Japan. The train noise makes it impossible to sleep. It runs from 5 AM - 12 AM, so don't count on sleeping. The building is new so it isn't beat like some other hotels in Tokyo, but the noise makes it impossible to use. The aircon is also noisy, and doesn't help to cancel out the train noise. It's also located up a steep hill, so if you have a big luggage or walking issues, definitely not suitable. Might be good if you need somewhere to just pass a night and don't want a love hotel, but not good for sleeping. Staff also wouldn't refund me to check out early given how bad it was. Really can't recommend here.
