Location is decent to good specifically as a travel hub - if you have luggage, it might be a struggle, but it's on a subway line and accessible by multiple avenues.
Price value is great - you can save quite a bit of cash on multiple days here and still have a room/bathroom to yourself.
Food options are subpar around the hotel - you're going to have a hard time finding anything to eat that isn't Yoshinoya.
Layout is cramped - if you are travelling for a long period of time, you are not going to be able to spread out as you might like.

I generally like the hotel itself. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was quiet and affordable. The microwave to warm your food had serviettes and chopsticks too!
There was a weird smell in the hallways as well as our room. We chose a smoking room which was great but the windows barely opened and the balcony from the windows was insanely messy.

安くて狭くて必要最低限の設備の整った個室でした。
写真のイメージとはかけ離れた部屋だった。部屋タイプが色々あり、統一感が無く違うならその様な表記のページにすべき。
