Team members were great

There was a spider in my room and no one came to clean my room even after complaining about the spider

I stayed here for 20+ nights and it was the best choice I made during my trip. Only a few minutes away from Tabata Station (South Gate), you can literally see the hotel the moment you walk out of the station. But be careful, there is no escalator or elevator so you will have to carry your luggages up/down the stairs. Super friendly staff and clean facility. You can do your laundry for free, which is a huge bonus during the summer. If you go out from the North Gate of Tabata Station, you will be welcomed with lots of restaurants and cafes so the location was perfect. Only about 8 minute walk from the North Gate to the hotel.

The room was a little small so you might have trouble packing things if you have big luggages, but other than that, it was worth the price!

This hotel is perfect for those who don't mind a smaller room but really want to see a lot of Tokyo. The hotel is only about 5-10 minutes away from Tabata station on foot, and from there you can access the Yamanote line and get pretty much anywhere. The staff were super helpful and kind, letting us know how to book shinkansen tickets and access luggage forwarding. They also provide you with a ton of amenities and free drink coins if there isn't water in your room. The room itself is quite small but it's to be expected. There's enough storage space under the bed for 2 or 3 large suitcases. The room was clean and comfortable for sleeping.

The hotel itself was lovely it just took some getting used to! The bed was kind of flat but it's something that is common there so we got used to it. The staff did offer an extra pillow as well which made it more comfortable. Please note (not a mark against the hotel) that you will have to walk up a hill or a set of stairs to access the hotel so keep it in mind for heavy or large luggage. One thing we might like to see is luggage forwarding directly from the hotel. I believe you can do this from the airport to this hotel but if you are changing hotels midway through your trip you will have to do it externally. However this did not dampen our experience, simply something that could be considered!

It was right next to train station

Room is veryyyyyyy small, if you traveling with 2 person and luggage its very uncomfortable... Plus room have extra small bathroom and our light in the room above bed was ON whole night, we had to take key outt and have No AC....
