The room and the whole resort was very clean and very orderly. The staff is delightful and the food is very versatile and tasty.

Everything was great but they really need to improve their Room Service timing and refilling of mini bar. Nobody wants to wait three hours for the water bottle to get refilled.

We had an excellent stay at Planet Hollywood, the room and hotel facilities are top level and we had the privilege of having our own Expedia ambassador (David) who has been excellent during our 4-day stay
For sure we'll get back in a near future
