So ,i paid under 30 to have room for one night, for the price it was fine. It maybe maintained better, the glass door of shower was broken from the sliding part at botem but worked fine, the shower had some leakages but will serve the purpose, the location of tap for shower was not good, while showering your forema would hit that accidentally and might be getting full hot water and could burn. TV remote was missing one cell, couldn't operate. A switch board was out of socket like ripped, and the mattresses were not so good after a night sleep u might feel they are compressed and out of shape. But will serve the purpose
So if you are looking for luxary its not the place for you.
If u want a cheap palce at a good location then its good just may have to bare with the other things.
One more thing Lidl, Penny , etc are not close by but the tram station is right next to it. And U bhan is just couple of minutes away u can go for a city tour by foot.
