Nice hotel, nice staffs, great Mount Fuji view. The only drawback is the laundry facility. Dryer is not hot enough.

The number one positive is the unparalleled views of Mt Fuji. We enjoyed the spacious room, and wish the weather had permitted use of the deck.
Guest lounge area was very much appreciated, with free coffee. The onset was very nice, and enjoyed using it.
The biggest con is that there is nothing near by. No shopping , food , services, or public transport that aren’t a $20 cab ride away.
The hotel is in need of refurbishing. Years of use and weather have deteriorated the structure.
If you have your own transportation, and are looking for a remote location, then it may suit your purposes
