    This hotel is walking distance to Gotemba Premium Outlet. It' public bath is so nice and relaxing. The food is great. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. I'm so disappointed that we only stayed for 1 night but we'll definitely come back.

    I love tis hotel! Came bk 3 times! Proximity to the premium outlets n mt fuji views were great factors! And aso the onsens were v good! Great n modern facilities combined with the traditional feels made tis a great stay! Will be back im sure!

    The hotel is great, just walk to the outlet shopping. But the hotspring is rather crowded as it is open to public. The hotel can be quite busy especially during breakfast as it has many group tours.

    While checking in time from 3pm, checkout time is as early as 10am. This is the first time i encountered with hotel with such early check out time. In the future, i will not be staying there again.
