Exceptional view of Mr Fuji, room is roomy enough for two big luggages. And hotel ambience is nice and the bonus is after a day activities you can go and soak in onsen. As this is my second time here , the breakfast is much better in my first time than my second . Still good for selection.

후지산 근처에서 골프와 온천을 함께 즐기려고 호텔 클라드에 묵었는데, 기대 이상으로 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 저희가 방문한 골프장들은 모두 차로 20분 이내 거리에 있어 이동이 무척 편했어요. 아침에 조식을 간단히 먹고 오전 8~9시 티오프에 맞춰 출발하니 딱 좋았습니다(조식은 무조건 일찍 가서 빨리 먹는것이 좋아요. 사람들이 너무 많아서 복잡해요 ㅠㅠ) 라운딩을 마친 오후에는 호텔에서 온천을 즐기며 피로를 풀고, 하루는 아울렛에서 쇼핑도 하며 알차게 보냈습니다. 객실도 생각보다 넓고 쾌적해서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 골프와 온천, 쇼핑을 함께 즐기고 싶은 분들께 추천하고 싶은 호텔이에요. 다만 아고다로 예약하실 때는 예약 인원이 2명인지 3명인지 꼭 확인하세요. 저는 예약 인원이 잘못되어 체크인할 때 현장에서 무려 1.5만엔을 추가로 지불해야 했습니다. 예약 확정 후에도 인원과 요금 조건을 한 번 더 확인하시면 좋겠습니다. 이 점을 제외하면 머무는 내내 정말 좋았고, 다음에도 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

The view from the hotel lobby was amazing. The hotel is just beside the outlet mall. Overall stay was pleasant.

Location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. Service has much to be desired. Our booking was claimed to be for just one day when we actually booked for two days. We had to argue with the front desk and repeatedly show our confirmation before they fixed it. This happened to a lot of our friends too. The front desk was also not very willing to help us with restaurant reservations, only when you call the restaurant in front of them and tell them that it was only a "japanese-speaking" person would they help.
