I had two days stay in the hotel. Room is clean and cozy. Good view with high floor. All the staffs are welcomed and helpful. Highly recommend！

We loved our stay at the Tenseien Station Annex. The facilities including our first onsen experience was wonderful. We found the self service laundry machine very easy to use. We booked this hotel because it was so close to the train station. It was very difficult to locate. We spent over 30 minutes trying to locate the hotel after exiting the train station in the rain. It would have been really helpful if our reservations had indicated in bold letters that the reception check in lobby was on the 4th floor.

Great location! has a parking in the same building (but not for free). The staff were super kind! The room was very clean and had enough amenities. Comfotable bed. I loved the sento / onsen which was on my floor so the access was super easy and it has also sauna. The breakfast was delicios. The location is the best! very close to the station and all the shops and restaurants around it. good value for money. highly reccomend!

Bad hotel service and facilities! The luggage delivery service provide by the hotel is through a QR call Sagawa. And it cannot even transport my luggage to Haneda airport (given 3 days advance). Instead I would have to pick up personally at the Sagawa office (20mins away from the airport). Before heading to airport. Terrible!
