Adelina and Stella especially awesome. Beautiful hotel, pool, accommodations and concierge services were fantastic. Not huge fan of Agoda though. Impossible to contact.

We booked this hotel through Agoda, attracted by the beautiful photos and its status as a member of the Design Hotels group, which to me suggests high quality. Based on the price and this affiliation, my expectations were high. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The breakfast was very poor, and most of the staff (though not all) were unfriendly. The service quality felt below that of a 3-star hotel. In a 5-star property with such a high price, I found it unacceptable that even drinking water was not provided in bottles, but instead came from the tap. Providing two bottles of water per day should not be a challenge for a hotel of this category. At breakfast, staff often appeared unhappy when taking orders, and it usually took 30–35 minutes to bring food, with several items forgotten. The towels provided next to the swimming pool were also disappointing—at a 5-star hotel, I would expect them to be longer, softer, and of higher quality. There were, however, some highlights. A few members of staff were truly outstanding. In the breakfast area, Vasiliki was an excellent example—polite, friendly, and always trying to make guests happy. At the front desk, Vasso and Veroni were also exceptional, professional, and helpful. If the hotel had more staff with the attitude and professionalism of these three individuals, its quality would be greatly improved. Regarding the restaurant, we found it impossible to enjoy meals there. Our plan was to relax and have brunch, lunch, or dinner in the hotel, but after trying once, we preferred to eat elsewhere. In Paros, there are many wonderful places serving fresh fish, Greek salad, and other delicious food, so we chose to dine outside. In conclusion, I do not believe this hotel currently meets the standards of a 5-star property, nor does it justify the price charged. If the price were reduced by half, it might feel more reasonable. At its present rate, however, it does not offer value for money.
