It’s very close to the center and the owner/staff were really really nice. Overall it was good value for money tbh. They cleaned it daily, the space was fairly small but still managed.
It was a small room. But value for money

walking distance to the main part of town. About a 10 min walk.
Rooms were tiny . Two single beds and a broken shower head.

I didn't realise that the room I had initially booked had a sink in the bedroom, but the host accommodated a room swap for us when I requested it. They checked in with us and provided us with transport options prior to our arrival. The host welcomed us upon arrival and showed us to the room. The garden area was pretty. Located ideally across from a bus stop and within walking distance to a supermarket and a small beach. They accommodated our request for plates, cutlery and a panini press to eat our own food, and also beach towels. Room and bathroom was cleaned daily, with the towels replaced.
Initial communication was difficult as English was not the main language. I requested a room without a sink in the bedroom, but they initially confirmed that I would receive a room with a sink. The images of the double rooms with a garden view are confusing as it's hard to tell the difference between the rooms, even though they are very different. The pillows shown on the seating were also missing.
There were some plumbing/drainage issues in the bathroom, so it smelled of sewage for the duration of our trip. However, Marinos provided some drain perfume, which helped for a few hours. He said the drainage issue could not be resolved as it was not the fault of the accommodation, but of the city drainage system. Also, bear in mind that the free toiletries consist of 3-in-1 soap, so we used what we had brought with us.
The reception area was not constantly staffed, and we did not receive a response to messages we sent with queries, but Marinos would appear sometime after. Luckily, the cleaner who was always there fetched a member of staff to help us when we needed plates and cutlery. We didn't book breakfast, so perhaps that's why the room didn't have a coffee machine as listed. Bear in mind that there is no soundproofing, as stated.
Our room was very close to a garden gate that was constantly left open and unlocked onto a side street and used regularly by guests, which made us feel a bit unsafe as it didn't fully close and was accessible from the outside without a guest key. The front gate and front door were also left open all day and night, which was quite loud at times as our room was on the street side. While we were there, the property felt a lot like a hostel, with multiple groups of people in their early 20s often shouting loudly between rooms and banging on each other's doors late at night.

The location was perfect! So close to the beach and many shops. My personal favorite was the staff, truly the nicest people I have had the joy to meet!

Everything! Marinos was the perfect host, giving recommendations and contacts to help us throughout our stay. The place is calm and central, with a cool common area. Room is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony.

very clean, nice view, lovely owner. we came from surfing beach paros in santa maria (WORST HOTEL EVER) and he was very accommodating, saying himself when we told him where we stayed; oh… i know this one.
no complaints, mild mosquito problem but my training from the previous hotel meant i could eradicate them all with ease.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Host was amazing. Helped with great places to eat and bus timetables to amazing beaches. Great location. Easy access to town.
Alittle noisy being next to main road but double glazed doors and windows blocked it all out at night.

The staff was great and went above and beyond in any occasion.
Overall the room was nice.
The breakfast was adequate and while it is served in a room downstairs, it is possible to have it in the internal garden which is very beautiful.
The bathroom would need some shelves (at the moment there is none) and it would be nice to have the shower a bit higher (at the moment the maximum hight is hip high).
The balcony overlooks a busy road and it is very small (in our room it only had one chair - while it being a double room booked for 2 people), furthermore, our balcony was directly next the building entrance light which is really bright and always on. So overall we didn’t really use the balcony and we would maybe recommend to book a cheaper room without it.
The main issue in our stay was the noise, which was partially caused by the type of guests: large groups of teenagers partying all night (these seemed to be not specific of this hotel but due to the end of high school exams, and it is fair to add that this would be theoretically against hotel policy and that the staff tried to reprehend them).
However, the noise issue was also caused by the lack on soundproofing between the rooms (there was a large gap under our room door and we could hear basically everything in the rooms nearby).

The most incredible hosts ever! they truly made our stay unforgettable. Their friendly faces every morning and unique suggestions were top notch! The breakfast buffet was a perfect start to our day. We highly recommend staying here.
The only thing that we did not enjoy was the shower. Their is no holder on the wall so the shower head is handheld. There are no shower doors or walls so water gets everywhere.

Nice view. Clean apartment. Great location.
Some glasses or cups to drink from in room would have been convenient. Maybe an extra pillow or two would have also been nice.

The host is really nice, he helped us with everything and suggested some really good restaurants and places to visit. It’s really clean and the location is perfect, it will take you just 2 minutes to get to the beach and right next door there’s a cute little bakery with some really good food and coffee.

The Location was amazing!
It is close to the bus stop, grocery store, scooter rentals and bakery! (Like next door kinda close). Very quiet at night, yet a quick walk to the centre of town. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived quite early and were allowed to check in, which we really appreciated! Our Room was cleaned daily. The little courtyard was cute and provided shaded area for a quick snack.
The bed needed a second pillow each. The backing board was hard and the edge a little uncomfortable when lying up in bed.
No cups provided with the kettle. This made it a little difficult to make a cup of tea or coffee.

it is so close to Naousa just minutes until you are in the town but just enough outside that if you want some peace and quiet it is guaranteed and you will not be disturbed. i liked the hotel because it was small, cosy, close and accessible and very reasonably priced. the owner also could not do enough and was so very hospitable - from checking in daily, great local recommendations and advice, support to hire a scooter and also booking a taxi which can be notoriously hard on Paros island. thank you Marinos!
there is nothing I can comment on here.

The staff were very friendly and the location of the rooms is very good - close to the beach and a 15 minute walk from town.
The room is basically just a bed, there are no windows or air and it gets quite damp and chilly at night. I did not enjoy that the photos of the rooms on the website were very different from the actual room, which felt like a dungeon. The bathroom facilities were quite old and basic and the room felt very claustrophobic.
This is a good option if you are just staying there to sleep but do not expect anything above a very basic and uncomfortable bed.

The value of staying at the property compared to other options was not there.

Location was very nice, a ten minute walk to the center of Noussa and right next to a bust stop to Parikia. Absolutely beautiful beaches and nightlife right next door.
The shower was inconsistent in temperature and pressure.
