THE PERFECT STAY IN PAROS

The location was PERFECT! The place is super quiet, easy to find, really near everything you may need, there is a beach near, coffe, restaurants, shops, the bus stop! I would definitely would stay here again!

Very disappointing stay

Positive aspects were the location, about a five-minute walk from the old town. And the room was very clean (not the balcony!).

The check-in was very brief, with no useful information provided. Even the Wi-Fi password was not given and had to be searched for outside the room in a hall. Guests are simply referred to the owner if questions arise. The room for three people was advertised as 30 sqm, but in reality it was closer to 15 sqm excluding the bathroom and balcony (all in all including balcony max. 24 sqm). When we raised this issue, the owner dismissed it and claimed it was the first time he had heard such a complaint, which is not consistent with older reviews. Throughout the stay there was no hot water, and the Wi-Fi disconnected roughly every 20 minutes, requiring constant restarts by us.

Frustrating and disappointing stay

The location was very convenient, close to the shops and restaurants. The bedroom was nice enough.

There was no staff around for check in and no reception despite it being listed. Our “balcony” room was actually a ground floor patio facing the road. The WiFi didn’t work, and upon arrival there was no electricity for several hours. The bathroom light didn’t work, and there was no wall mount for the shower head, so we had to inconveniently hold the shower head with one hand and try wash with the other.

Good for a night and for the location

Great location and clean and comfortable matresses

Only could do check in by running into other guests who advised I contacted the phone number on the reservation as there was no reception. No hot water after one person showered. A room for three was way too small. They came into the room to tidy up and we were not told about it.

Dimensioni del bagno, problema con l’acqua calda per qualche giorno. Vista esterna limitata su altre proprietà, in ogni stanza non si ha una vista sulla città o il mare, tv non funzionante, condizionatore datato(rumoroso). Piccoli accorgimenti, ma utili in stanze con spazi limitati: Mettere dei porta asciugamani e porta carta igienica. La Doccia aperta rendeva il pavimento del bagno bagnato ad ogni singolo utilizzo, rimanendo umido ogni volta che si entrava ed usciva dal bagno ci si bagnava i piedi e di conseguenza bagnando altre zone della camera. Non c’è staff in struttura quindi qualsiasi problematica va segnalata telefonicamente. Pulizie ogni 2 giorni non quotidiana, comunicata all’arrivo. La camera esteticamente è bella, ma risulta scomoda.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη και αρκετά βολικη καθώς ήμασταν κοντά στα πάντα και μπορούσαμε να μετακινηθούμε μετά πόδια

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο πλην του μπαλκονιού το οποίο δεν είναι ανακαινισμένο. Επίσης το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν σε ένα ήσυχο στενάκι αλλά παράλληλα βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά μόλις πέντε λεπτά από το κέντρο της Νάουσας.

Ενώ αναγραφόταν στις παροχές πιστολάκι μαλλιών δεν υπήρχε πουθενά. Υπήρχε τηλεόραση χωρίς τηλεκοντρόλ άρα και να ήθελε κάποιος να την χρησιμοποιήσει την τηλεόραση δεν μπορούσε. Στις 3 ημέρες που μείναμε δεν ήρθαν ούτε μια φορά να καθαρίσουν, ούτε να μας φέρουν χαρτιά υγείας ή καινούργιες πετσέτες. Δεν υπήρχε ρεσεψιόν στο συγκρότημα με αποτέλεσμα άμα χρειαζόμασταν κάτι άμεσα δεν μπορούσαμε να απευθυνθούμε σε κάποιον παρά μόνο με μήνυμα στον κύριο που έχει τα καταλύματα. Γενικά θεωρώ για τα 100€ που πληρώσαμε την βραδιά (αρχές Ιουνίου) θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να υπάρχει έστω μια συνέπεια με την καθαριότητα.

Camera accogliente al centro di Naussa

Camera tripla con grazioso balcone, a un minuto a piedi da tutto. Nuova, pulita e curata. Staff cordiale e comunicazione efficace.

Tutto bene, solo due consigli per migliorare: sarebbe utile un bollitore con alcune tazze in camera e metterei qualche gancio per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno.
