The property had a a lot of faults, the shower had rust which is a big safety hazard, the stop on the door were coming off when we were closing the doors, it also caused us to trip on them. We found ants all over the bathroom which were going on to our towels.

Disappointing and not family friendly

The location is fine. Short walking distance to the center of naousa. The bedrooms are clean. Everyday cleaning and new towels.

There are no facilities whatsoever. On booking.com it said there was going to be a cooking-plate. Also a watercooker was mentioned but not there. No glasses. No silverware. No bottle-opener. Also no breakfast option. So it is neither a hotel nor an apartment where you can make yourself a simple breakfast or lunch. The reviews mention very friendly staff. Sure they were friendly, but we didn’t really see them. When asked for family activities we only get options for beauty treatments. The swimming pool is nice but both hairs and bathingsuits color green when staying in the water a bit longer. Also, it was mentioned before that there would be an “eating area”… but only 2 seats on our balcony although we booked for a family of 4. Then the bathing room! Seriously, the with of the shower is about an under-arm length! You can’t move. Everything gets wet. The materials are super old and leak. Only some new tiles including jointing mortel on all the tiles still. There is a tiny fridge that falls apart when opening. Last, I would NOT call this a family friendly hotel. The only other people are couples and party kids. Coming home at 4-5 am. We loved the island of Paros, and Naoussa is cute little town to have some drinks and dinner. But, I would advise other families to stay somewhere close to a nice beach and than visit naoussa once or twice. Or stay in antiparos, which is just as cute as naoussa but without the party-crew.

Immaculate and in a great location

Immaculate apartments , pool and eating area with a beautiful view from our balcony over Naoussa ideal for sunset. Location is great within a five minute walk from the bus station, 10 minutes walk to harbour/marina and the beautiful lanes. We will be booking again for next year.

staff were great, easy to find, location was in an awesome spot, great facilities with the pool and a sitting area, room was exactly what i needed and super comfortable. just be a bit careful when going into town as sometimes the cars and bikes go quite fast as you leave the property.

Beautiful but noisy place!

The rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished, and the beds comfortable. Good air conditioning. Set in a nice area, 10 mins walk onto the front at Naoussa.

The bathroom was tiny and the shower flooded everywhere, even into the corridor outside. The main issue with the place was the noise. We were in a room right at the front and it was endless noise, most of the night. People coming home noisily from a night out - sadly fellow Brits by the sound of things - at 4am. This was in May and I imagine in the height of summer this is a constant issue. Then the noise of people getting up from 6am started, plus motorbikes going up and down the street. Thankfully my children slept through it but it should be a consideration for families with small children. And bring ear plugs!

Good value hotel in the very heart of Naoussa

Perfect location, in the very center of Naoussa. Nice environment in general. The manager of the hotel is outstandingly pleasant and helpful, he basically helped us organize our days on the island and we had a wonderful time thanks to his recommendations.

It does require some renovation, mostly concerning the bathroom and the bed mattress.

Very near town and the bus station. Large apartment, cleaned daily, and Hari in reception was very helpful and friendly. WiFi and aircon all fine.

The fabric of the building/room is a little faded e.g. front door handle coming off.

The hotel manager Harry, makes this property one of the best valued accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. He truly cares about his guests to give them the best experience during their visit to Paros. His food/restaurant and beach recommendations were outstanding. He arranged ATV rentals for us. His knowledge of the island is phenomenal. Harry does it all.

The service delivered by the receptionist was absolutely exceptional. He was super friendly and helpful regarding any questions/ needs that we had during our trip. The common areas of the facility were very green and quiet. The hotel was very centraly located.

The room and interior seemed worn and a bit outdated. Also no extras e.g. water, glases, cups and waterheater were provided in the room.
