The welcome and the breakfast makes this place shine

Anna is just fabulous, so enthusiastic, welcoming and knowledgeable from start to finish. Lovely comfortable rooms and the breakfast is amazing.

Not much of a view as roadside or looking at other properties.

Exceptional, warm and helpful service from the Mersina Exclusive team, in particular Anna who went above and beyond to make my stay the best experience whilst visiting Paros, from bus timetables, to recommended places to visit and eat she was happy and passionate about sharing her knowledge. Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. Great bed, really comfortable. The location was good, 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and bars. with bustop one minute away to access the rest of the island. I would recommend it to friends and family and would book again.

My only niggle was that the front of the hotel unfortunately sits on a busy road which is not a problem when the doors are closed but not ideal to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sea view, maybe ask for a room not facing the road

An exceptional stay with amazing staff and best breakfast!

Staff excellent. Anna the manager was amazing. We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and she’s by far the best we’ve dealt with. Professional, kind, helpful and friendly she’s a beautiful person and the owner is so lucky to have such a top notch manager on his team. Room was super comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - a delicious full buffet. Location excellent - easy walk to Naoussa old port area, restaurants, shops and beach.

The location of the property although on the main road was perfect for the purpose of the trip. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

So warm and welcoming

The staff at the hotel were amazing and so welcoming. Their passion for Greece was infectious. The rooms are lovely and airy and in a really good location. The walk into town was about 5-10 minutes but also has plenty of shops right next to the accommodation (supermarket, restaurant, bakeries and pharmacy). Also handy parking behind the hotel for any hire vehicles. Overall a lovely stay and will be returning as soon as we can!

You should definitely visit!

Everything was honestly perfect. Anna and the whole team was really welcoming and friendly. They made us feel just like home. Since we arrived at the property early, we asked to just leave our luggage at the hotel. Anna was more than happy to help and she offered us breakfast and an early check in. She also made a map for us with the island’s “hidden gems”. The room was super cozy and clean and the whole hotel was really cute. You can spot people who love what they do! 🤍

Staying at Mersina Exclusive was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is spotlessly clean, with tidy and comfortable spaces. The staff is always available, smiling, and ready to help at any time – their warm hospitality truly makes a difference. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the atmosphere of Paros without any hassle. We loved every moment of our stay and fell in love with Paros, one of the most beautiful islands in Greece. We can’t wait to come back!

The personnel were very nice, the room was amazing, and location was great! Had a great experience!!

the reservation was made by my father, so im writing from his account. honestly, everything was great. the room was clean and nice, the location is ideal as its right next to a bus stop and very close to the beach. the personnel were amazing, kind and very sweet!! Especially Anna and the chef just were so nice. There was also a thingy to order delivery straight to the room (so you didnt have to pick it up from reception). overall had a great time!!

the bed was a little hard but really it doesnt matter that much. and the wifi was slow so i used my cellular instead.

Anna and her team were excellent both before and on arrival, helping to arrange airport/port transfers, car hire, places to visit etc. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Very nice breakfast.

Good value Spacious Room was at street level and easily accessible. Was quiet. The staff and the owner of the property were excellent. Happy to see us and very helpful.

Amazing stay

The owners were awesome, very attentive, and made sure to make our stay perfect. Anna noted the places, restaurants and highlights of the island for ua to have, we followed her advice and did not disappoint! The apartments were clean, and tidy, and had the basics you need for a few days of stay. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms had AC and the doors/windows had a mosquito net.

Affordable accommodation not far from the centre

The hotel was well located, a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Naoussa. Also located next to a great scooter rental place and not far from a laundry service and grocery store. Anna the host was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious each morning too. It came at an affordable price.

The room was quite small and there was no fan in the bathroom only a small window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They made the experience for us. They gave us a map and provided recommendations. They gave honest feedback on transportation options & provided us bus routes, helped us schedule a rental car, and offered transfer services. We did a rental car and the bus. The room was very cute- it was cleaned daily and we were provided new towels daily. Breakfast was continental style and yummy! The location was great!!! About 5-10 min walk to the shops/restaurants. There is a bakery across the street (1 min walk). We will definitely be back!

It's a great place for a couple of nights, but I felt over-priced for what I experienced.

The owner is a really nice guy, Anna, Marie and Tony did everything they could to make my stay wonderful. The breakfast spread was very good....but sometimes not everything was available. They also are missing a fruit selection cut up, eg: kiwi fruit or orange cut up would have been nice. I liked the vibe and the people were very lovely. The cleaning was good in my room and very much appreciated.

I think it was over-priced compared to other hotels I have experienced in Greece, it didn't live up to the price and I paid more, because I thought the room would be amazing, it wasn't. It's quite a way out of Naousa town but a pleasant walk, but you wouldn't want to do that on a night out!! The shower shelf in my room wasn't straight so you couldn't use it and the shower itself needs a better fixing to the wall. Thankfully I had my own hair dryer so don't forget yours as theirs was very basic and slow.

Very helpful and accommodating hotel.

Sarah at the reception was very helpful and informative. She accommodated all our request and even let us do early check-in at 9 AM without any additional fees. She arranged the ride for us from and to the airport. The location is about 10 minute walk from main town so very convenient and there are bakeries and groceries nearby. It’s a very cozy room with aesthtic vibes. Will visit again for sure.

Great stay in Paros near Naousa Port

The staff was very friendly and her recommendations for dinner were SPOT ON! The hotel is a quick walk away from Naousa port which is really nice!

Bathroom was a bit small but it didn't pose any issue, great toiletries though :)

Great value for money and fantastic staff, especially Anna! From the very beginning that we arrived we felt extremely welcomed. Anna gave us many excellent recommendations, was extremely helpful at all times and very kind. We could also rent a car from the hotel, for a great price and in excellent condition. We have no complaints about the car rental, everything felt very smooth and reliable. The room was very good value for money. Very comfortable beds and good facilities. The breakfast was certainly much better than expected, everything was delicious and plenty of variety.

Exceptional

Accomodation was just a short walk from center of Naoussa. Room was typical hotel room with everything and clean. The boss gave us a beach towels which was very helpful because we had hand luggage only. Breakfast was perfect, fresh orange juice and lemonade, Greek pies etc.

we were amazed with this one! so close to the town of Naoussa, literally a 5 minute walk and convenient with the little ones. Upon arrival staff were so helpful and facilities in the room and breakfast were superb! so much to do and see! we were recommend to hire a car and so glad we did as we got to see the sights and drive to any beach we wanted to. if you want a clean and quiet stay, choose this one you won’t be disappointed. 10 stars!

Superb

We had a wonderful time at Mersina. Mr. Antoni, Christos, Angelik and family were perfect hosts who do everything they can to make you feel welcome and have a perfect time in Paros. Breakfast was great and the location is very convenient: 2 min walking distance from a bus stop.
