Very nice Mexican hotel. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Room was clean and updated with balcony. Close to Centro. Walked everywhere. Would do it again.

This is a very basic hotel and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. The aircon blows directly at the bed and you can’t adjust the direction, making the room extremely cold — and they only provide a very thin blanket. The lighting is also poor, so the room feels quite dark at night. The pillows were honestly disappointing; they were dirty and really need to be replaced. We ended up asking for extra pillowcases just to cover them. There’s no body mirror, no coffee provided, and no elevator, so going up and down the stairs feels like a workout. Another issue is the noise. A group of people were hanging out downstairs almost until midnight, laughing loudly, and it was hard to sleep. Overall, the location is good, but the comfort and experience definitely need improvement.
