    This hotel was lovely and clean and exactly what we needed for a few days in Valladolid! The staff was incredibly kind, the hotel was very centrally located, and there were some nice facilities (steam room, pool) which I was pleasantly surprised by! Highly recommend.

    We had a large room (called a suite, but not) with a large bed, en-suite, fridge, TV (Mexican only), wifi and balcony overlooking the communal pool (refreshing in February) in a lovely, planted garden. All very good. Only about 20 rooms in the hotel, so a very nice size, and very good breakfast and dinner options within a few minutes walk.

    Room doesn’t have basic facilities like tea or coffee maker… no daily water bottles… poor cleanliness. One staff manages everything… receptionist, house keeping etc.. And don’t forget to checkout timely because if at all you are late by even 5 minutes, you will be handed over a bill of $ 250 for one hour and so on.. Poor suggestion form Lonely Planet.
